I arrived at 0925 for my 0930 oil change appt. The hood on my car wasn’t opened until 1100, per my car app. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told the shop was short handed. The lounge was full of people. Customers should have been made aware that the shop was short handed when we checked in and been given the option to wait or reschedule. An almost 3 hour wait for just an oil change is unacceptable.

No need to contact me. My service advisor did the best he could. My first question was how long it would be being that I called and reserved the tire prior to my arrival. I waited 2 hours to get a tire changed out. I was traveling in from Houston to Vacherie, LA. It wasn’t until after I waited an hour to get up, attempt to take my car, then ask for the manager that I was told I was next. It was another hour and 10 mins to pull off from the dealership and on top of that I was charge $12 more than the quote. It was taken off after I spoke on it. So need to call Poor treatment at all cost on top of a $310 bill
