The service Dept was very busy when i arrived to pick up my car that was serviced. There was no where to sit to wait my turn. I am a senior citizen and having physical pain in my legs. I was left standing for a long period of time. The amount of my bill was texted to me the day before. The amount was wrong. I had gotten cash to pay it. I had to come up with more cash then I planned. Because I was paying in cash I was taken to another desk..more time and more standing. It definitely wasn't an in and out episode.
