That was my first time at Lake Charles Toyota and I was not satisfied with the services of Tony Hunter. A battery was ordered for my Lexus two days prior. Therefore, it was paid for and I inquired about the cost of installingthe battery and was given a price. After waiting two and a half hours the wrong battery had been installed. Mr. Hunter quoted me a price of $339 for the battery. The Lexus battery cost me $238.30. Once I showed him my receipt my battery was installed. He quoted me a price of $40 to install the battery. When I told him that was not correct and told him the price that was quoted previously he gave me some lame excuse. I have no idea as to why his prices were so excessive. If I had been someone who did not know better, I would have been overcharged more than $100. If ever I need to use Lake Charles Toyota, I never want to utilize the services of Tony Hunter because I have no confidence in his ability to accurately charge. He has for me cast an unpleasant shadow on LC Toyota. I will share my story with others that may be looking to use LC Toyota.

I was told by my salesman when I bought the vehicle that the oil change intervals were 5k. It is 10k. So I was surprised about that since I live an hour away and was thinking an oil change was part of the 5k service.

I was told the repair would take about 1 hour and I was there almost 2 hours. I live in DeRidder and made the appt for 1:00, planning on being through by 2:00 or shortly after. Made plans to pick up grandchildren from school at 3:00 in Sulphur but was late picking them up. Also, a coke or coffee must have been placed on top of my vehicle by a worker and then split down the side of my vehicle. Not happy with the service today.
