The glove box shelf wasn't reinstalled after the tech checked the cabin air filter, it was left on the passenger seat. The tires were all at different pressures. Most likely my fault since I didn't specify that I keep them at 45 PSI. They were deflated to between 37 and 42. Blue was very helpful with getting me quotes for my 100k mile visit next time.

(1) Someone failed to put the sticker with return service information regarding oil/filter change on our Toyota 2016 Camry. I called about this, and Service would have given us one, but it was late on Saturday and a hassle to return to Toyota. (2) Whoever moved my 2011 Avalon before/after it had been serviced left oily prints/smudges on my steering wheel in two places and a smudge on the door. My car is not immaculate, but the oily dark prints were not mine. Do better; you have in the past. Thanks!

My vehicle was “forgotten” about. It wasn’t until I asked about it’s status (over an hour later) that it was checked on, annd brought into the garage, and the 5K mile maintenance was completed in less than 15 minutes.
I understand that people make mistakes, but really!?!
No compensation/ apology was made considering the ample waste of my time.
Other than that, the staff overall was extremely friendly.

He went above and beyond by continuing to try to find out what was wrong with my car. He could have just accepted what the mechanic said and I could have paid a big bill. I’m very thankful he went back himself to make sure they checked everything, twice! On the 2nd time they found the problem.
