I was at dealership over 2 hours for an oil change that I had appointment for. Another issue was diagnosed, but when I decline the repair, I was detained there for way too long.

My vehicle was just scheduled for an oil and filter change and a tire rotation. My appointment was for 9:15 and I was scheduled to have the vehicle back by 10:13. I did not receive the vehicle until almost 11:30. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a tire rotation, and oil and filter change.
