I have been having a noise on my car for over 6mo now. Every time I tell them I'm told it's normal. Well I don't like paying for something that sometimes sounds like a lawn mower running or it's knocking so bad I'm ashamed to drive it. There was no communication between the service advisor and my wife, she didnt get a inspection sticker and was not told they could not do it, she was there for over 2hr and didnt get the tires rotated. My wife was very upset with the service and told me she never wants to go back and i have to take it it get serviced, or do it my self.
