I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait that long. My appointment was for 11:30. I arrived at 11:40ish due to traffic, but I did not get my vehicle back until 2:30. I opt in to wait in the dealership bc it’s nice, but that was entirely too long to wait and I only got my vehicle back when I asked another service advisor to give me an ETA on my car and he told me it was ready. He explained that there were other issues that needed to be discussed, but I never received the usual text about this. Issues I told my service advisor when I checked in that I would handle on my own. I understand things out of your control happen, staffing issues, etc. but the scheduling for service seems to prioritize getting more people in rather than having more people satisfied with the service and that’s unfortunate but it seems like that’s always been the case. I love the service advisors and have never had an issue, but today there was a clear lack of communication.

2 hours for an oil change? And I had an appointment. What’s the point in making an appointment if your company and its service department still take 120 minutes to complete a 20 minute task?

I waited two and 1/2 hours. I went look for my vehicle. I couldn’t find service advisor. So I went ask someone else if my car was ready. Sure enough it was. I don’t know how long it was ready and I was wasting my time waiting.
