I went into the service department on Monday, June 10th because I had a nail in my tire and needed a new one. I was told my tire was not in stock but it could be ordered and would be at the dealership the next morning. The next day I called several times and was told the tire had not arrived but would be there that day. The tire did not arrive until Wednesday, June 12th and my temporary advisor (I was told Brant had surgery) contacted me to tell me my tire had arrived and I could come in to have it put on. I immediately drove to the dealership with my two children and sat for 1.5 hours. Kevin then came to tell me that the wrong size tire had been delivered and they would have to reorder the right size. The correct tire arrived on Thursday, June 13th and I had to call multiple times and be transferred to multiple people each time until I was finally told the tire had arrived. I had to call AGAIN to see if the tire had been put on the rim and balanced and was ready for me to come in when I had to again wait 45 minutes with two young children for the tire to be put on. The communication during the 4 days was minimal and because of it I didn’t get a new tire until June 13th when I was told it would be fixed on June 11th. The lack of accurate information caused frustration and for me to move appointments and other plans I had more than once due to not wanting to drive on a spare tire more than required. I have always raved about this dealership and have told people I will never buy from another dealership because of the customer service and support you give to us teachers. This one incident has unfortunately made me consider other places to buy my new vehicle in the future.
