Had to wait in vehicle for bout 10 minutes. Thought I was there for an oil change but Gavin informed me that they did a tire rotation. Also said it needed a new $90 cabin filter, but it was changed last time ??? Waited 2 hrs for “tire rotation” NoT happy!!!
