Let me preface this my saying this has nothing to do with my service advisor. My frustration began on Friday when I arrived for my appointment. It is an hour and 15 minute drive for me (one way) to travel to the dealership. As I was being checked in, I was told that it was a 2 1/2 - 3 hour wait. I questioned since I had an appointment if that mattered and was told no. You can imagine how irritated I was after I took off work, then drove all the way to find out there would be such an enormous wait and I did not have that kind of time to stay. No real apology other than a “sorry”. That afternoon I received a text message that said I “missed” my appointment. I went online and scheduled my appointment for this morning as I would be in LC for a meeting. I dropped my car off and had a co-worker pick me up. Between meeting, I was dropped off to pick my car up and needed to get back to a 1:00 meeting. My assigned service advisor had to check multiple cars in and it was taking a long time (not his fault). I asked if someone else could check my out and they brought me to a different service advisor. He was very kind and did so. When I got in my car to drive off, I realized that they didn’t even take the time to reset my maintenance light. Since purchasing my vehicle at LCT, I have been getting it serviced there. This is the first time I’ve had such a frustrating and unnecessary experience.

Michael is awesome and I appreciate him. But I have a newer model Tundra that needs a front brake job that is not covered by the new car warranty. Like WHAT!!! Not sure what to do in this situation.

I had an appointment at 10:45 to replace the passenger side mirror. We usually book with Michael Guillory but I’m currently traveling often and took the first available appointment. I called and told them I’d be about 10 minutes late and was told that was fine. Arrived at 10:55 but waited for service member to come get my car at 11:15. I asked how long it would take and how much it would be but never got an update the entire time I was there. Had my 15 month old son with me. 12:45pm with no update, I go ask how much longer it would be. Tony didn’t know so went to check and came back after 1pm saying no one had even looked at it and they didn’t know what was going on with it. Over 2 hours and nothing! I got my car and left. My baby had fallen asleep in my arms. I really can’t articulate enough how sour of a taste this experience has left in my mouth. I am completely disappointed with the service and lack of courtesy shown.

Appt was at 845 am. I asked for update at 10am and was told maintenance wasn't started yet. Had to wait another hour for tech to complete. Excuse was 60 plus cars had come in before me. Whats the point if making an appointment if this happens?

The people in the service department were friendly and efficient. I had an appointment for a regular maintenance service oil change. It took over an hour for the service but seemed longer as other customers came and went. I didn’t know the snack bar would be closed as the television displayed the offer of refreshments as #1 on the list of customer service benefits. Hangry and thirsty. When done, I went to get a car wash only to find that complimentary car washes after service were no longer offered. When did LC Toyota revoke all of their customer perks? Once again, the Toyota staff were above reproach. The policies that make customers feel special (refreshment bar and comp car wash after service) were extremely lacking. Hopefully LC Toyota doesn’t become like the other tedious car dealerships in town. You can do better.

My appt was at 8:15am for an oil change. They did not star looking at my car until 8:43am. That is 1/2 an hour after my appt. Had I have known it would have taken so long I would have not stayed. Needless to say I was told I needed additional work on my car. I was unable to stay any longer since it had been well over an hour and a half to receive an oil change. I will make another appt for the items they found wrong.
