Well I did not expect to be waiting more than six hours for a maintenance check up for one, but I guess that happens sometimes… But to add on to that, when I leave my car was not running the same, it’s running worse! It was making a louder noise and now it seems that my shocks/suspensions have gone out, which is was not out before I went in. I called the guy who was over my service (Michael) and of he said that they didn’t do anything to it and that there was nothing he can do about that. Yes I know my car is old, but aside from a few minor things it was riding smoothly. I just don’t understand how I can bring my car in to a professional/astute establishment as Toyota, which my mother is a long time/satisfied customer and she recommended that I bring it to you, and I leave out unsatisfied? Can someone answer that for me please? I feel every little bump in the road now… I’m am very disappointed and would really like for it to be looked into! Please and Thank You

The tech left items they took out of the glove box in the floor and the door to the cabin air filter was left off and on top of the dash. They put air in the tires and had almost a 10 psi differential between the tires.

Took too long. I believe car was finished, had to go inquire about it. Then, after vehicle had been pulled up, couldn’t be seen from door I was at. When a vehicle is done, should make sure customer gets to it ASAP to get out of there.

I loved my service experience; however there was oil in my car when the tech finished. There were drops on the floor next to the driver’s door, on the area around and in front of the gear shift. It wasn’t much, so I wiped it with a tissue. However, after I left the service area, I pulled around to the car wash. When I opened the back door to vacuum, I found oil on the running board area between the door and floor mat. I couldn’t figure out what it was as it looked like a soft drink; however, I don’t drink sodas. The tall gentleman in a white shirt who works at the car wash helped me wipe it up. He too said it was oil. It was significantly more than a drop. In fact, it was comparable to a spill from a drink. It wasn’t a big deal, but I wanted to let you know so that techs can be aware that they may be dripping oil as they work. Thank you!

Got an oil change wed of this past week. Not only does the price of the oil change go up every oil change with the price being outrageous. I drove my truck from mossbluff to kinder and back for work not including around town just to wake up sat morning to half the expensive **** oil I just purchased underneath my truck on my concrete. So it took 2 hours of me waiting on my truck for just the oil change for these highly trained idiots to not tighten the bolt to the oil pan. So now me and lake charles toyota will have a big meeting come sat morning. This will be the last visit from me to lake charles toyota

So my service today went as planned however it was originally scheduled for Thursday and we drove an hour and 10 minutes to get there to be told y’all were running 3 hours behind… to which we had to reschedule and make another 2 hour and 20 min round trip drive to get back down there to get the maintenance done… just a little frustrating… they can send a txt for just about anything else we need to get a txt in that regards too.

The problem with my vehicle was fixed. However, I was told after 2 1/2 hours that they could not replicate the issue. Even though, I had checked it at least twice per day since it occurred (even this morning). I had an appointment at 9am. If it couldn’t be replicated, why would it take 2 1/2 hours. I believe something was found and repaired or reset. I am disappointed that I was not told the issue and what was done to correct it. If nothing was truly found, I am upset that o sat for 2 1/2 hours to be told that. Again, the issue was present when I left my house and drove to Toyota facility.

No one notified me when my car was ready. I gave the clerk my phone number. I saw my car outside and the clerk said it had just been brought out but that was not true. My wife got the notification on her phone at 12:35 and I asked at 1:05 . I don’t know why they messaged my wife I gave them my phone number. She did not have access to her phone. When I got in my car and drove off the maintenance required was still showing. I pulled over and called the clerk forwarded my phone call to the manager because she did not know how to tell me to take it off, the manager never answered. I had to drive back and an employee said they had fixed it. I drove off again and it was still on. I drove back and talked to Tony and he fixed it for me. No one told me anything about my car. My wife who did not have her phone was being text. There was things that needed to be done to my car that I was not aware of. So you guys lost business because I was not aware that things needed to be changed. The fault is the clerks by not using the phone number she was given . I saw her write the number down. I appreciate Tony coming to my vehicle and helping me. It was a very disappointing service. I think I’m gonna buy a Ford.
