My appointment that day was for 1130, I was six minutes late. Check-in was no problem. I was told the appointment would be a couple hours turned into five hours. Communication was very poor, I had to call at 330 why I had not heard about my car. I left a message and called again at 4:02. I received a call back and I’m told that they’re missing the pieces they had Given me Tuesday. I never heard that I was to bring back these pieces. So now my car is still not fixed and it has to be brought in again. this time I’ve made arrangements to drop it off Tuesday morning on the way out of town and pick it up on the way back in around 230.
I feel appointments were handled very poorly
Communication was nonexistent
Their appointment on Tuesday was not handled very well, but I thought that I had not been there in a while and maybe this was just a glitch. But after my appointment on Friday, it seems there are some serious problems in the service department.
I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback. I enjoy using Lake Charles Toyota and have been very happy through the years. I plan to stay I customer in many years forward.
