I was shown zero concern for the issue at hand. I didn’t feel I was taken seriously in the slightest way. The wait for a single piece of paper so I could take my vehicle and leave was at least 30 minutes. At least 2 other customers were tended too while I was standing there waiting. I had to ask another employee for it myself. My experience with Tony in service was horrible, I never want to have to deal with him again. Not to mention, my vehicle isn’t fixed and now I’m responsible for the bill for the tow truck because they couldn’t find anything. I was told in a nutshell to drive it and call when it does it again. This is my first experience with Toyota service department and I am extremely disappointed.

Your new system of communication with a customer leaves a lot to be desired. What should have taken me a 30-45 minute wait lasted from 1:30 to 4:15 Please go back to your old way of customer-associate communication same quality service but disastrous communication skills.
