I’ve never had a problem with your company’s service before but yesterday I brought my Highlander in to change out my battery. When I was getting ready to leave, I noticed my front passenger window was open. I wouldn’t move up or down. So I got one of the Service Managers to help m. He knew right away that when you change out a battery, you have to re-initialize the windows for them to work properly. He ending up fixing my problem. Since this was my wife’s car, I proceeded home.
As soon as I got home, my wife had to run an errand. She texted me that the radio doesn’t work right. So now she has to return the car back to the dealership and have the radio re-initialized also.
I think for the future, after changing out a battery, someone at the dealership should make sure all electronics in the car should be re-initialized so that your customers don’t have to return to the dealer!

I was there 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation which was unheard of When I ask after 2 hours how much longer it would be I was told another 20 minutes or so and that’s how it would be from now on in a don’t care voice. Poor customer service !!!

He was a polite and courteous person. I was kept informed of my vehicle problems and time to be repaired per text messages.
He came out to the waiting area twice to let me know of problems and how much longer my wait would be.
