I have been a customer since 2010 and 1 thing that always got me with service and it is not the service itself cus I am very satisfied. They check the cabin filter and they want to charge $50+-- to change the filter something my wife has done before. I know your in business to make money and you asked for my opinion. I think you can do better than this and make your customers happy. I can get my filter for 10$. I believe in Toyota parts but an air filter is not a Toyota part needed.

Somehow, someway, there was a confusion on why my vehicle was brought in. My vehicle was brought in to the dealership to have the recall front bumper parts installed. After more than 1.5 hours, I was told the parts were ordered. Of course, at that point, I explained again that I was there to have the parts already received installed. Mike was very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly. Simple mistake, can happen to anyone, but lots of time waiting that was not necessary. Thanks for asking.

I waited for 5 hours to have my oil change and tire rotation. I asked for an estimate for restoring my headlights. They have me a quote and worked on them but did not make them any better and they still charged me full price. I have been going to this department for nearly 10 years and this time was definitely the worse!

It took 2 hours and then my car was never brought around to me after I sat outside 15 minutes. I could see my car was finished and ask the 3 people who were standing around to get my keys and I went and got my own vehicle and left!
