Everything went smooth and everyone was very nice and helpful! It was done within 30 minutes and very comfortable waiting environment!!!

I had an appointment for noon. It was 1 before they took my car back. I was waiting with a child. They suggested services that needed done but after an hour and 20 minutes I was ready to go. No way I was waiting longer. Obviously waste of time to make an appointment. All I had was an oil change. Very frustrating.

There was over a two hour wait. And was told this is probably going to be the norm. The service on the vehicle was fine, someone left tge screen on setup and I did not know how to get back to normal. Thank goodness Michael Guillory was still there and able to change it

Had a 10 am appointment for oil change. Sat in waiting room for 2.5 hours and you hadn’t started on my vehicle. I had to leave had other things to do. No notice y’all were behind when I checked in and if I hadn’t asked I would have never known you hadn’t started on my vehicle.

I did not get a call when my windshield came in. I had to call and see if it was there to make an appointment for the install. The windshield is in, but all smudged and blurry to see through. Is it a bad windshield or just funky and y’all did not clean it??
Also, a reprogramming recall was to be taken care of in the same appointment and it got overlooked. Now I have to miss more work and loose money to come back for another appointment.

Michael is the best! I will go to no other but him! Let me just say my appt was for 9 AM that I made over a week ago and I arrived at 8:50. I sat there for 3 HOURS and that not Michael's fault! Y'all need to quit OVER SCHEDULING and not allow the entire world in that doesn't have an appt!
I've been coming to y'all for well over 10 years and it's never been this bad!
