An hour & 1/2 for oil & filter change is unacceptable. This was not a drive up had appointment & arrived a few minutes early.

Christian is always very responsive and I rely on him for excellent service. However spring my waiting time I was approached by a strange child soliciting money for his baseball team. I am not really comfortable dealing with unfamiliar children panhandling while in the dealership. I know this is a parenting issue but wanted to bring it to your attention.

After making a request that they leave no grease marks on the outside of my vehicle. I did not tell them not to leave no grease marks on the handle of the inside of my truck my mistake I guess. I bought it to the attention of one of the attendance outside checking your vehicles.

I live in Lake Charles but work in Port Arthur. Previously I was bringing my car to the PA Toyota but after yesterday, I will either be late to work or take a day off to get it serviced right here at home.
Brandt listened to all I said (and it was plenty!) and never tried to rush me. He relayed that information to the mechanic, which gave several clues as to what the problem could be.
Brandt kept me posted as to the progress and was informing me of the cost along the way.
Communication, patience, interested in helping and knowledge of keeping me informed has not been the default in Port Arthur. I’m making the switch to LC Toyota for car service from now on.
