My wife is the one that took the van in, but she said that Tony at the desk very short and rude with her. When she made the appointment, she mentioned all the work should be under warranty and even told Tony when she dropped it off. When she went back to pick it up, Tony tried charging her, and then when she reminded him it should be under warranty he had an attitude and said sarcastically “For future references tell us ahead of time it’s under warranty.” Although I don’t understand how someone overseeing the service and working the counter wouldn’t know already that something like that should be covered under warranty, I can give him the benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake and was busy. However, I don’t think it’s very professional to be sarcastic to a woman that told two different people that it’s covered and have an attitude with a customer like that.
