Left dealership without my vehicle getting serviced. After over an hour of waiting I received a message letting me know that they where two hours behind. What's the point of making an appointment, driving an hour to get there, waiting for well over an hour just to be told it will be another 2 hour wait. Very disappointed.

Was told a hour for oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours later I had to go ask the status of the vehicle and was it had been done for 20 mins……service person had lack of communication
