I know that yesterday you were having computer problems with both servers, but if I had also known the extra time it was going to take with verifying the repairs to the insurance company, I would not have spent three hours waiting before I decided to get the courtesy ride home. (9-12) Glad I did as it was another three hours before you called to say the car was ready. I don’t blame Gavin as he is very nice, but I know now that I should leave the car for any repair that is covered by extended warranty. Normally your service is very prompt.

Overall, it was a great experience until they did not know where my truck was. After sitting outside and waiting for my truck to be brought to me, I finally spotted the vehicle and asked for my keys. Walked to where it was parked and found that they did not remove the white, paper floor covering and there was dirt stain above my elbow rest. I just removed it; walked back to the station and gave it to attendant. Really no harm, no foul, but after waiting for an hour and a half for a recall service, I did not expect the misdirection. So far, this Toyota dealership has been the best; I think it’s the hot weather. Just wanted to mention this to remind everyone to fully complete the service.
Additionally, Toyota need to give its customers what they want: a four cylinder, turbo charge engine that will not last and is more expensive as well as requiring more maintenance is dumb.
