Blue kept me updated on the status of my vehicle during service and was friendly. All the other staff we encountered checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. The complementary food and drinks were nice as well.

Very courteous and up front on not being sure how long it would take to replace seal on 2024 Grand Highlander sunroof. Estimate was 1.5 -2 hrs. To my surprise was completed in one hour! Great service!!!

Everything when the best it could, being y’all were short handed and backed up . Appt at 10 am for an hour job, but when I went to see why I hadn’t heard anything in an hour and a half, was told that they had not started my repair yet- my vehicle was finally ready at @ 1:30- but the repair was fantastic - all in all- don’t mind the couple of hours delay for a job well done .

It took 3 hours to check out a low tire & replace it. I hate to see if I had a real problem. At least the tire was covered under my tire warranty.

My floor mats now have black shoe prints. And black grease on my seat. No paper floor mats were put in place. There was a not requested vehicle inspection done that may have or may not have added to how long my wait was for a new tire. 3 hours by the way. Also, the spare was not put back into place when done. All I needed was a tire replacement not an upsale on pads and filters. I come back for all oil changes this could have been addressed then. Also if I would have known the wait was 3 hours I would have left and came back. 2 other times I've had service done and the service manager left for an appointment and no one told me my vehicle ready. Lack of communication is obviously a server problem in the service department. Thanks for the grease stains.

I had an appointment at 10am, the van wasnt completed until after 3. Upon pick up I explained we were late and needed to go, however Toyota associates did not seem to care about my time crunch. Time is something you can never get back once lost and I dont play with mine. No sense in having an appointment if you going to be held up anyways.
