I was there for an hour and 15 mins before my car was even pulled into the garage. My appointment took over 2 hours and I’m dealing with multiple spinal issues so this was a huge deal. I noticed people came in without appointments. I feel like this could’ve been scheduled better. Normally it has never taken this long for just an oil change
