Christian is awesome. however, everytime i get my car serviced there for maintenance yall always treat my car like ****. i’ve had this car for about 12k miles so i’ve gotten two maintenance services on it. the first service, yall got mud ALL over my brand new car. i had to take it back to get all of the mats SCRUBBED, the floor scrubbed, the underneath of the steering wheel cleaned…yall just completely got mud all over my new car and fresh floor mats. Not sure how yall accomplished that. THEN i go in for my second service and yall spilled oil on the hood of my car. then tried to offer me a free car wash for it. im honestly not looking forward to my next service, but yall are the closest dealership to Westlake. This is the first car i’ve ever purchased and i try to take pride in the way it looks.

Blue came out a met me, greeted me, welcomed me back. Asked what all he could do to help me today. Made his notes, gave me time to get my items out of my truck. Alittle while later came and updated me on the progress and the suggestions the techs recommended for my truck. When my truck was ready, he let me know and thanked me for coming in today.
With service advisor like this, it makes it easy to get your vehicle checked and worked on.
