Mr Hicks greeted me and shared what all was needed for my vehicle’s visit today. I took a seat in the waiting room area and he notified me when my vehicle was completed I paid and left. Very professional, time efficient, and nothing was wasted or different from my expectations. That is good business, lends itself toward customer satisfaction, and grows confidence in repeat visits. So far, so good!

When they completed my oil change they did not plug a hose back which caused my check engine light to come on and I was already in Moss Bluff when the check engine light came on so I had to clock out of work to drive all the way back to Toyota for them to fix the issue. It was a huge inconvenience for me. But Michael Guillory was great
