Well after my oil change the servicemen said that I will need a air filter he showed me the air filter and the air filter was not put back on completely it was half off when I was on my way home I heard a loud noise like the muffler had flew off but it was the air filter not sit on completely when I came home my husband had to put it back on

Wife brought her vehicle to be serviced and have the oil changed! In the past she both had scheduled and unscheduled appointments! It made no difference in service time! She was there for over 2 hours and never had a technician assigned to her! She was unable to have her vehicle serviced! We live approximately 40 miles from you guys and was very disappointed with the vehicle maintenance department! The last 3 vehicles to include my son’s truck were all purchased at your dealership!
