I had to come back to the dealership 15 minutes after the service was done due to careless workmanship. The glove box drawer fell over, and the air cabin filter was missing the compartment door. One of the tires was overfilled with 8 more pounds. A technician went to the service bay, looking for the missing compartment door. After a second try, he came back with the correct door. This disrupted my schedule and made me arrive late to my next commitment. It makes me wonder about the workmanship quality of the services that can not be obviously seen.

I do appreciate that people are doing there jobs as they should. Since Covid and all disasters it was a nightmare to go anywhere due to the horrible service, so yes I had a good experience and not to long of a wait. Nobody went above and beyond and I didn’t expect them to. I do although expect a friendly greeting and the work to get completed that I went for. So again yes I had a good experience and thank you Angela for doing your job and making it a pleasant experience. Now if the other 75 percent of businesses could have there employees follow in her footsteps lake charles would almost be back to normal. Except for the property that’s still damaged. Customer service took a lick along with everything else in lake charles over the past 5 years. Thanks

Too cold inside so went outside to sit and wait. Wound up standing because those red benches outdoors have spider webs AND spiders underneath. Please clean these up. Hicks did his job. I'm sure the benches are not his responsibility.

Everything was fine except that it is next to impossible to open the hood. I asked that it be looked at and repaired because when I’m on the road and have trouble, I cannot open the hood. I have to wait for AAA to come and fight with it. I was told all it needed was a little grease and now it opens easily. When I got home yesterday I tried it and I still cannot get the latch to open. This is definitely a safety hazard and needs to work properly. Everything else was fine except this. It needs more than grease.
