I said yes. Mr Hunter was great in assisting me but I have concerns about air bag recall and repair. Mr. Hunter was great and very attentive to my needs of getting my battery replaced.

No I’m not satisfied with LC Toyota’s owners, the Tarvers, for gauging t your faithful customers to enriched their bottom line and bank accounts. You charged us $400 to install a $303 alternator in our car. Then, not satisfied enough, you surcharged us $24.27 for us needing to charge the bill to our credit card. You are pathetically greedy!!! We’ll go elsewhere from now on for our automotive repairs.
I’m very satisfied with the service department: Michael Guilory and Gavan Guilory. Gavan got us in and out in half a day. Give him and Michael some of the profits you raked in!

I do not believe it was my service advisor to blame . I believe it was a system failure . I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 11:30 on Friday. I called about 8:30 Friday morning to make sure they had the parts to do the car I was bringing in which was a Hyundai. I was assured they do . I showed up about 10 mins early and didn’t get the car back until close to 4 hours later. I would love to continue using lake charles Toyota but I do believe improvements can be made. Maybe have less appointment slots or don’t take any walk ins.

The mechanic must have got inside my vehicle with greasy hand and smeared grease into the roof liner upholstery. I had to buy a bottle of Spray ‘n Wash to get it out. There was also greasy hand smudges on my exterior paint. So much for free oil changes. I get the hint. Will not be back for another “free” oil charge or to purchase another vehicle.
