I had a 930 appointment for an oil change and to check tire pressure warning. My husband got there about 925 am and my car wasn’t done until 12:25. If people put that they are waiting for their vehicle, maybe have the staff update them about the wait every so often or warn them it will be 3 hours. He would have rescheduled or made arrangements for someone to pick him up. Usually it is not a problem but he had our 2 younger kids with them.

Employees appeared very stressed. Not just one employee but was seen throughout my experience with various employees.
Not the feeling i usually get from this dealership.

They installed a 4 inch lift and tires, when I picked it up, it was rubbing. I was told as it where it was stop rubbing so after a few months it still roast and put notches in my tires in the front CALL talked about it. He said he would take care of it this time, I don’t know what this time means but it wasn’t right when I got it that should be #Warranty. They did take care of it, but that wasn’t what we agreed on. He said he wouldn’t rug when he installed it.

Nothing to be done, other than to limit the amount of people you accept at any given time. It should not take 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation if you have an appointment. 11-130 I sat in the dealership.
