I've been in the toyota family for years and have always loved the service you guys have. Unfortunately yesterday clearly was over booked for services. I waited from 1:45 -4:30 for a 2pm appointment for oil change. Got in my car and the maintenance alert hasn't been reset. Just not what I've been used too. My service rep was wonderful just the wait a d not clearing my maintenance alert was my disappointment

I was satisfied with Matt Hicks but not with the service dept person who damaged my car and failed to mention it to my service advisor. I had to be the one to bring this to the attention of Matt and he was quick to respond and get the repairs started.

Blue did a great job, I think maybe a little more time between appointments would cut down drastically the wait time and reduce the hurry and chance for mistakes for your service technicians. I arrived at Service at 1:30 for a 1:45 appointment and left at 4 pm for a oil change and tire rotation, I see no reason to cram as many customers as possible and make the service time take longer because of the volume of work lined up, I did enjoy the hotdog, ice cream, cappuccino , thanks
