They didn’t tighten the cap and my oil is all over my driveway and my truck had none. Yall are closed on the weekends so yeah. I have to leave Monday morning to drive 6 hours away for training. I held yall to a higher standard. I’m disappointed in how my oil change was done. It’s the technicians job to make sure I leave there safely especially being I just bought a new truck from there. I would appreciate if someone would call me about this matter.

Michael Guillory was excellent. Professional and courteous. However, the morning of my service appointment, I unloaded items out of my back hatch area and the hatch opened and closed fine. When I got to Toyota my RAV4 battery died. The staff at Toyota were very prompt to jump my battery and get on with servicing my vehicle. The battery was replaced. When I got home I tried to open my hatch to return some of the items I had taken out and the hatch didn’t open. My locks work but not the hatch. Just wondering if a reset needs to be done since my battery was replaced. Fuse? I will call the service department about this. Please know this had nothing to do with Mr. Guillory’s service. I will ask for him next time.

I’ve had to reschedule this appointment 4 times because they were too busy to do a 30 minute oil change. I finally stuck it out and waited for 1.5 hours for this maintenance. No explanatoon nor apologies for the unnecessary wait. Watched my vehicle pulled from a back parking lot. Unsure if the maintenance was even performed.

Brant was great but $80 for an oil change is OUTRAGEOUS! I love coming to lake Charles Toyota but most likely will go elsewhere for my oil changes etc bc I feel the markup on services is through the roof and over priced. As always the employees are super nice and welcoming but it’s the cost of services that are the cause of possibly losing me as a customer.

I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was told they had pretty much caught up from the “morning rush”. The wait time for my vehicle to be serviced was way too long…almost 2 hours to change a bulb! After waiting that length of time, I was brought a list of “suggested” items to address, totaling almost $3300! I keep up with my vehicle’s maintenance. I came in to get a bulb replaced and just that!! The waiting area was full of people. Maybe more mechanics need to be hired. Maybe there needs to be a lane specifically for those coming in only for their oil change. One gentleman had taken a day off, driven in from out of town for just the oil change, and was stuck waiting for even longer than me.
