The only issue I have is that the shop technician got grease/dirt on the drivers seat and door. This is not usually an issue but this time was different. I’m working on getting it cleaned today.

It took almost 2 hours for an oil change. A few months ago it took 2 hours to change my wife’s headlights. My expectations are under an hour for simple vehicle service with a scheduled appointment. This service does not fit the current lake Charles Toyota commercials of “raising my expectation”.

The service guy kept lying about how long it would take! I can not sit long so I Usually drop it off if it's going to take to long. With him lying about the time I was in so much pain. Also calling in AW would always answer his phone even on his day off. You can't even get any one on the phone any more. Y'all really did screw up in service not giving a Management job to AW. You screwed yourself owners when you didn't look at AW better. Look at your numbers what your bring in to service since AW left!
