Waited over two hours with an appointment. For my key fob to not even get programmed. Very unsatisfied and half a day off wasted. Will have to return on another day and hopefully get the job actually done this time.

Angela was fantastic and took care of both of our cars quickly with minimal wait. It’s always a great experience at LC Toyota.

My appointment was at 11:30, I arrived at 11:18 then waited until 11:32 to be checked in for an Oil change and a tire rotation. I instructed Angela that the air in one of the front tires continues to leak and to please patch the tire if needed at the time they find the leak. I waited until I received notification that the inspection was complete at 12:40 then I had to approve the tire patch which I already instructed at the check in. I waited until 1:20 and sent a message to Angela /service staff via message by 1:30 I had no response to my message so I went to find Angel I was unable to find her then asked service crew outside. They pointed me in her directions when I asked her she said she was closing out my ticket but had to get in the account and complete it as I was standing at the desk. I paid for the service and my car was then pulled to where I could leave I arrived at 11:20 and left the facility at 1:40 We have been a long term customer of Toyota of Lake Charles and we have never had to wait 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change waiting at the facility or just dropping the vehicle off and when an issue arose there was great communication even when lunches were being rotated. I was truly upset about today’s services and hope to not run into this issue again. I am truly sorry to have to give such a bad review but decided to give my complete honest feedback.

Angela was super helpful and nice. She helped me get all my issues takin care of properly. Very nice personality always smiling with that sparkle In her eyes made me feel welcome and worked to fix any isuues I had with my 2023 Toyota tundra. She the best. Many thumbs up on her ability to be helpful in a manner of superiority and kindness. Thanks to her and y’all team at Lake Charles Toyota. Keep up the awesome work. Thks a million.
