I asked before they took car to the back that if it would take long I would need to reschedule. I got there at 1:45. After waiting for more than 2 hours, After telling me it would cost me 300 dollars for the battery install, I said I would look around that I had to leave. I was about to pull off, but the other nice gentleman, look like he may be Hispanic, took time to explain to me that if I leave and turn car off, it would not start back up. No one told me that. After he sat and explained to me what a bad battery meant etc, I had to call someone to pick me up because he said it would be another wait of more than an hour to do battery. I spent all evening dealing with something as simple as a battery. Mr Nunez told me when I first got there, that they would not be long. I have driven Toyota or Lexus for over 40 years. I’ve only driven those because of service and what they represent. I bought my Lexus from you guys in February. I was just disappointed with having to deal with the wait. Thank you
