my appointment was at 11:30 so i got there at 11:15. they person came over asked me a few questions then said to wait for my person. i waited 15-20 minutes for this person to arrive all the while watching people after me go through, we i asked about it was told he would be right out and that was anothe 5minutes. Also this is Steven larrabee and it is my vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in at 220pm and I left at 515pm. I was only vehicle in pull up bay when I arrived so I thought my visit would be quick. Came in for a tire repair/replacement because my tire light remained on after my last visit for same reason. Even though everyone was still courteous, I was still aggravated that I was there so long. The. Biggest issue is that if I’d known, I could have gone home and came back. I received a card for a free car wash and that’s fine. All my previous experiences have been top notch so I was hoping for the same. It’s all good though. The work is done and I’m good.
