Customer service is top tier. Complementary food and drink are pluses but the best aspect is how the staff are patient and understanding through all of my rant, I mean, explanations. :)

While I am satisfied with the young lady's efforts and work ethic, I was not satisfied with only a one year inspection sticker. I was not told this until the process was almost complete. I know you want people,well really vehicles, in on a regular basis but I will probably not come back for an inspection again.Yet in still the process was painless and as good as an inspection could be.

The ticket said that I requested to have the cabin air filter changed when I did not request that. And the up charging on changing that part was absolutely insane ($65 for a $20 part?). Additionally, a big greasy handprint and oil were left on the hood of my white 4Runner. Very dissatisfied by the attempted deception to increase profits and the outright disrespect for my vehicle.
