My concern is that the technician did not remove the packaging on my wiperblade on the passenger side. I am just wondering if everything else he done was properly done. I guess I will find out when my vehicle starts smoking.

The service and experience were fine. My son was there not myself. My complaint is with a tire rotation charge. I purchased the certified vehicle with free oil change , tire rotation and inspection stickers as long as I own the truck. My wife asked about the tire rotation when she paid and was told we didn’t buy the tires from LC Toyota….I never purchased tires for this truck however I did purchase this truck from LC Toyota with this set of tires on it. If it were a new truck the same scenario would apply I believe…. Tires come from the dealership with the vehicle purchased . The tires are possibly factory too, at least they are same stock size and brand.
