You should stop making appointments for oil changes. We had our 2022 Highlander needing oil change so we made an appointment for 11am. Car was sitting in the awning area first in line at 10:45am. Look at your cameras. Immediately person came out and asked why we were there. We explained routine oil change with 11am appointment. They instructed our employee to not get out of vehicle until Angela came out. 8-10 cars behind our car were coming in and the cars were being taken in the back. 20 minutes later our manager that had followed our employee gets out of his vehicle and starts asking what is going on. Two nice guys in black shirts say we are waiting on Angela. Finally someone goes inside to get Angela. She comes out and tends to her job. She then asks if we are waiting or dropping off. We have the wrong answer and said dropping off. Two hours later we decided to call and Angela doesn’t answer her phone. We then call back and speak to Jasmine and she states the car has been ready. So nobody called from you. I guess when you purchase a car from LC Toyota and get FREE oil changes, you get what you pay for?

Don’t like the new scheduling through the web site. It has my exact name 3 times, 1 for each vehicle. The old way had all my vehicles under 1 name. I do like the text I got telling me what they found and their recommendations, though it’s not very clear. It has customer request… (listed 3 things) but I only requested an oil change, not the 3 other items. Also LOVE the new snack bar!! Have you considered a half door for the toy room so the kids can’t run out?? I think it would be a good idea. Then if I’m sitting in there with my 2 yo grandson I can watch a movie on my phone and not worry about him running out when I’m not looking.
