I’m satisfied that Mr Hicks made good on correcting the issue. What concerns me is that all this occurred after the fuel pump change. If the part needed to correct fuel gauge was installed improperly, why wouldn’t I think something occurred during fuel pump changed that started the fuel gauge issue. Why would I trust Lake Charles Toyota to service this vehicle again or any other Toyota I purchase in the future.

After spending $1146.03 and 10 hours of my time, my intermittent headlight problem has not changed one bit. The headlight still has the exact same behavior as before - I keep a log of the times I leave home with headlights on and return with only one headlight working. Surely my car is not the first to have this problem, and surely there has to be a fix for it. I am due a fix of this problem.

Wonderful smile! Very welcoming and understanding of all the things I asked and requested. And was surprised when he told me that since I purchased the Carmy directly from Toyota it was a lifetime oilchange and I was mis informed about this by another attended but was a clerical computer error. But very happy for my service and the trust I have in Toyota to give me the right care for my car. I’ll be seeing you the next time we need we pull in for your it next oil change.

I received a message from Toyota saying I needed to schedule my routine maintenance by a certain date. Called my Toyota dealership got service department told i had received message that I needed to schedule routine mainItenance.Gave them the information that they asked including the mileage that person told me that it would be just a tire rotation based on the mileage an they scheduled the appointment. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment the service representative told me based on my mileage it was not time for the routine maintenance. They told me I needed to schedule it when the mileage requires it!!
