I had to sit in my car 15 minutes waiting on Tech to finish checking me in to have my oil change. When I received my car I couldn’t open my glove box after they checked my cabin filter. It appears to have not been put back correctly.

We arrived at 10:45 for our 11:00 appt to check a safety recall issue which we were told was just a simple battery strap which would only take about 15 minutes to change. We were told they were a little busy and the wait could be up to an hour which we were fine with. At 1:30 our car had still not been serviced. I had a 2:00 appt elsewhere and we had to leave without our car being checked. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is... If I had just shown up without an appt I would expect to wait 2 hours and even longer but when an appt is made and your car still hasn't been serviced after 2 1/2 hours is completely unacceptable. At 1:15 I asked the service representative how much longer it would be. She checked and said there were 3 people still in front of us... I waited a little longer and at 1:30 I told them to bring my car to me... Brandt came out and said if we can wait just 15 more minutes he could get it done for us... what happened to the 3 people in front of us? And if they can quickly get it done in 15 minutes why were we there 2 1/2 hours? An appt is an appt... yes, I could have called the place that I had to be and tell them I would be running late but then that's not fair to make them wait... an appt is an appt pure and simple!

Service was great, but check in time was exceptionally slow. ~20 minutes waiting in car.
