Mr. Tarver did an excellent job, but your mechanic are worthless. Thier diagnosis cost me/Roberto about 300.00 dollars and didn’t even come close to fixing the problem. I could have wasted money trouble shooting the problem myself. So I have nothing good to say.

My experience was a pleasant one . Clay was a gentleman in every respect. He was as surprised as I was seeing the problem with the tire. He was optimistic that the tire could be repaired in hopes I would not have to purchase a new one. He also explained answers to my other issues questions. He was reassuring and confident. Was disappointed that Toyota dealership could not transport me to my LC destination. Had to “rent” a vehicle from dealership and I only put a few miles on car rental. I was originally told the job would take 5 hrs. There was a recall & hatch issue on my Highlander. Dealership turnaround time was 4 1/2 hrs.
