There was a lack of communication for my tire service. I was not updated when my tire arrived, and I never received a notification at all about the status of my tire after drop off. I called at lunch yesterday to ensure my tire had at least been ordered, and was informed it had been delivered. I asked if it would be ready for pickup by the end of the day, and was told yes. My husband came at about 4 to pick up the tire, and still had to wait because the tire still hadn’t been mounted. It also wasn’t clear if my tire was balanced properly if at all.
