One of my wheels was chipped today, during my first service tire rotation. I notified Angela regarding my findings and she told me she would let her manager know. As of this evening, I have not heard anything.

Service was excellent as always however my truck still has a vibration I paid for a wheel balance and it still has the vibration it is slight however if you add a small trailer and a small mower it really vibrates I paid for the tire balance to eliminate that so maybe the drive shaft or something is out of balance

My vehicle battery crashed Friday morning. I got a jump and went to Toyota immediately. A nice service adviser named Barton came to talked to me. Not only did the battery need changing, it was time to change the oil and do the multipoint check up and other services. I was informed it could take a few hours because I didn’t have an appointment. I had no choice but to wait because of the dead battery and no ride. I arrived at 12 and left around 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I am very satisfied with the Service. I was kept up to date regarding the progress of the service of my vehicle. Barton was very kind and apologetic. Just a shame I had to wait so long because I didn’t have an appointment. That was a first. Anyhow, Toyota gets a A+ because now I have a car I feel secure in. Thank you.
