I went in for a diagnostic test done on my AC and after sitting there for 4 hours and 45 minutes, I asked what the status was on my car. At that point, they told me they did not know what was wrong with it. So I sat there, took off of work, and wasted my day to leave with no answers. Completely pathetic and ridiculous. I will avoid going back to that location at all costs.
