I called today to see if there was room to fit me in for my 100,000 mile service. After setting an appointment, I verified with the service advisor that I would be able to get in, get my multipoint inspection, and get the work done on my vehicle today. When I arrived, again I was told they would get my work done today.
After waiting 1.5 hours without hearing from the service advisor, I asked if there was an update. I was told at that time my truck had yet to be pulled in and that most likely no work would be done on it other than the inspection. I would have to leave my truck the following day.
I had made a special trip to Lake Charles from Vinton where I’m currently working and took time off work to have the story change once I was already there and checked in.
Had I been informed of the situation as I set up my appointment I would have found another dealership to get me in. Or at least set up an appointment for another day.
