I arrived at 9. My appointment was at 10. I alerted the front desk at 12….asking if my vehicle was done. Took another 40 minutes to do the oil change.

After speaking with Corey, it’s clear accountability isn’t a priority. I was charged $177 for wipers and an air filter with no real chance to decline after learning my bumper-to-bumper warranty didn’t apply. Loyalty shouldn’t cost this much — literally or figuratively. Instead of owning it, Corey defended the markup and shifted the blame onto me. Disappointed to learn that accountability ends where the profit begins. If this is how ownership treats customers, I can only imagine how the culture runs top to bottom. I expected better from a family-owned business.
