Jean Rachid was wonderful! We were traveling and our 2021 XC T8 had a check engine light come on. I called in to try and get a same day appointment because we were leaving on two days to return to Oregon. He immediately put me at ease and fit us in. The entire staff was warm and friendly. Antonio was great but the service technician had incorrect information on what was needed for the install and made me waste
Most of the day since nothing was done and no notice was provided on the install until I called back around 4 PM. if I would of been contacted both the Parts Department and I could of educated the service technician on what was needed and the install would of been done on the date scheduled.
