Had to take car in 2x’s for the exact same reason in the same week. Technician was not qualified to perform a basic tune up. Was charged full labor cost both times even though I was told I wouldn’t have to pay the labor fees when I returned my car to get fixes the 2nd time. Dropped car off Friday afternoon and even though I got a free rental I didn’t know my car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Arrowhead Volvo is a big SCHEME. Told me I had 3 things to fix in January 2025. Issues were not fixed, but miraculously the issues no longer exist. Ali knowledge of cars is sub par. I truly felt she just wanted me to go away and pay for everything. She didn’t even offer for me to use any of the online coupons. This was a bad experience I hotI never go through again.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve had the car Each time they blame me this time they implied I did not know how to use the settings to put my mirror in memory. The first time they turned off the tilt down when you put it into reverse the second time I don’t even know if it was even looked at This is getting beyond frustrating. And now I have to do your job and record every time I get in the car to prove that I am not imagining things. This is beyond reproach. I am at the point where I’m considering taking my business to another Volvo dealership.
