Ali went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the work we had done on our XC90. She even took the initiative to do things herself when she found they were not completed correctly! We feel so lucky that Ali was our service advisor and would recommend her 100%. She took an unfortunate situation and did everything in her power to turn it around. She knows how to get the job done!
