i’m very unsatisfied with the services I received today. Add an appointment at 12:30 and Ollie Chrisman didn’t even come back to acknowledge I was there until about 2 o’clock 1:30 2 o’clock. When she came back, she gave me what I already knew which was I needed a spark plug because cylinder four was backfiring so I was hoping you’re not gonna be charged for that it’s 205 for the labor and $96 to replace all four spark plugs said OK I’ll get that done. However the last time I was at the dealership I was told that I need to have my accessory belt replaced and I did not do it at that time this time, my serpentine belts were just fine no need for any service on them or to replace them which is it are they bad need to be replaced or are they good and I’m fine to drive my car anyways supposedly I’ll for spark plug are all my spark plugs were changed today and my car is still running very rough. They didn’t change the wires or the coils. They said those were just fine which apparently that must’ve been part of the problem so now I’m gonna have to take my car somewhere else and get charged up the law Zuzu after paying $200 in labor cost to have spark plugs replaced head mobile your technicians know what they’re doing? I wouldn’t recommend your guys services for anything.
