My lane keeping aid does not work properly. I took it to the Volvo in Scittsdale where I purchased it and they said it worked fine. So I took it to you at Arrowhead, explained the situation, and you said it worked properly. I’m driving it home and it DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY! I do t understand how you can drive my car to test it out and not experience for yourselves that it does not keep me in the lane or it drives me on top of the white line and it doesn’t register yellow lines and there is no resistance going over white lines when Lane changing. It simply does not work. How can you not see this unless you’re not driving the vehicle to test it like you say you are. It is blatantly obvious! Also I have WiFi issues that no e can resolve either because they’re only running diagnostics to see if a code comes up. When it doesn’t I’m told the WiFi works fine. It doesn’t! Last, when I went to the Scittsdale location, they chipped my car and denied it and won’t return my calls to get this resolved. I asked your Arrowhead location to help and was told you don’t do bodywork but can’t you put an order I. For a location who does to fix my car? That would be good service. The only thing I’m super impressed with is the courtesy shuttle drivers. Both of the ones who dropped me home and picked me up were the sweetest gentlemen. I didn’t get their names but one retires in three weeks, is a veteran The other is a Mexican grandpa.

I was given a loaner vehicle and the girl who gave me the vehicle told me there was a crack that she notated on the passenger side of the front window. I thought it was a little strange but didn’t think much of it because she is the Volvo professional, I am now. Upon return of my the loaner I was accused to have caused the crack. I felt gaslit. I have a crying baby in the car and I’m asked to come back inside to fill out a claim. I could tell the manager did not believe my word when I said I did not cause that and she employee who gave me the vehicle said they wrote it down. This is legitimately insulting. 1) If I caused any damage to the vehicle, I would say something upon return. 2) Your employee is responsible for giving me a loaner with a windshield crack. I am confident there are cameras in the galley and I’d be more than happy for them to pull those up to prove I did not cause a crack. Customers have a choice where they bring their vehicles. Being treated like this caused me distress — I could not believe they didn’t believe me and made me feel like I was in the wrong. I am not a “Karen” and literally have never written feedback like this but I’m still upset over the experience and I am truly questioning if I ever want to return to arrowhead Volvo.

You had the vehicle for 5 hours and maybe a 30 mins of work. Maybe. They didn’t have time to do the detailing or look at the issue with the sun roof. I also didn’t get any more info about my questions about the $1,400 tire package that I was told only cover road hazards. I want to love the convenience Volvo service but I feel like yall are trying to make me hate it.

Ali, our service advisor, was able to correct a problem we had been having with our XC40 that previous advisors and technicians completely ignored. We had a dead cell in our battery that was preventing our auto engine on/off from working- for years! Ali listened and made the technician prove to her there wasn't a problem, but he couldn't, so she kept on it until the issue was solved. Thank you, Ali!
