Once again, Jake provided outstanding service. My windshield required replacement and I needed a loaner car. Upon arrival, everything was ready to go. My car was ready by the end of the day, but the mechanic had discovered that my front brakes needed replacement. Jake suggested that I could leave the car, keep the loaner, and pick up my car the next day after repairs. This morning, I received a call saying my car was ready. I am very happy with the customer care that I receive from Jake.

Robert was attentive and made an effort to address my concerns with the XC90. I appreciate him driving the car to test it after service. However, I'm disappointed that after spending nearly $2,000 on the Polestar software performance upgrade and fixing the initial warning light, new sensor issues immediately appeared. It's frustrating to learn that additional service and expense of approx ($700) is needed for calibration that wasn't mentioned when recommending the upgrade. While Robert's customer service was good, the overall experience left me questioning the transparency of the service recommendations.
