Went in for a tire replacement and was advised that another tire was wearing thin, so had that replaced too. Oil change was going to be needed in weeks and the service team stayed late to complete everything. Good communications the whole way.
The only disappointment was the towing service canceled 2 times before a driver showed up. He was great by the way.
